Please note that by purchasing prints and/or other physical products from Facet Studios (Angel McElhaney), you are licensed to use the images for limited personal use only. In this document Facet Studios and Angel McElhaney will be used interchangablely.  Unless your session fee or your purchase includes a digital files download and an accompanying personal use release, you are not licensed to create digital copies of your images or print copies of them elsewhere.

Refund / Exchange Policy
Unless otherwise noted, because of the custom nature of the transaction and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by Angel McElhaney on angelmcelhaney.com and cincinnatiphotog.pixieset.com are non-refundable. Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14 day return for replacement period unless otherwise noted. All returns for replacement must follow the conditions below:

All products must be returned complete.
Angel McElhaney will not accept items that have been intentionally physically damaged or abused.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products in all cases.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all replacement orders.
Claim for missing products must be reported within 10 days from date item is shipped.
Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned because the address was invalid, are subject to a fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Angel McElhaney attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on www.angelmcelhaney.com and/or cincinnatiphotog.pixieset.com is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Angel McElhaney shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.  Any mistakes by the photographer having to do with technology, coupons or otherwise will result in the photographer meeting the deal or returning the payment for the product.  

Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify our acceptance of such order. Angel McElhaney reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.

Jurisdiction
Angel McElhaney is based in the United States of America, and you agree that any legal action brought against Angel McElhaney shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or orders placed through angelmcelhaney.com and cincinnatiphotog.pixieset.com will be adjudicated in the county of Butler in Cincinnati, OH, USA.




Sales Policy Agreement

By placing an order at cincinnatiphotog.pixieset.com and angelmcelhaney.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Angel McElhaney to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Angel McElhaney reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Note: Angel McElhaney attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Angel McElhaney shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  All orders placed with a coupon code that is active by mistake can be cancelled and reversed.

Facet Studios may occasionally notify you via email about important functionality changes to our web site or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. At the bottom of every such email are directions on how to take your email address off our list.

Session fees: 

Session fees include time to take the photos, signature editing and retouching and the image reveal appointment.  Prints and products are sold separately.  Contact info@angelmcelhaney.com for an updated pricing guide or inquire here.  

All Sales are final.  Non transferable and expire one year from purchase.  The value may be able to be applied to a future offering at the discretion of Angel McElhaney or Facet Studios.  Desired results not guaranteed and all services are non refundable.  Reshoots may be provided at a discounted fee at the discretion of the photographer.  

No Show Policy:

If a client no shows on their session they will be charged a no show fee of $197 to account for loss revenue and impeded charges.  

Your Consent

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Angel McElhaney will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to identify any individual who attempts to use our services for illegal activities.
